Going live on 31 March 2026, DOS7 is the primary route for public sector organisations to find specialists and teams to design, build, and run digital services. Overseen by the newly formed Government Commercial Agency (GCA), this framework ensures a fully compliant, transparent, and streamlined procurement process.

    • Lot 3: Digital Specialists Sometimes you do not need a whole team, but rather the right individual to unblock a service or lead a capability. Through Lot 3, you can bring our experienced product managers, delivery managers, and coaches directly into your organisation to guide your digital initiatives and embed the Lean-Agile way of working.

Buying through the GCA DOS7 framework is a structured, compliant process. Here is how you can engage us:

  1. Define Your Needs: Write your requirements outlining the digital outcome or specialist you need.

  2. Publish on the Contract Award Service (CAS): Issue your requirements via the GCA's online portal for a competitive selection process.

  3. Filtering and Shortlisting: Use the CAS filtering tool to identify suppliers capable of meeting your needs.

  4. Further Competition: Evaluate the shortlisted suppliers, including LADS, through written proposals or presentations.

  5. Award the Contract: Once successful, we integrate with your organisation and begin delivering value immediately.
