My career journey as a software developer, project manager, product manager, and variety of other Agile roles including Agile coach exposed me to the inefficiencies plaguing traditional development methods. From endless analysis to building unwanted features, I saw first-hand the need for a different approach.

In 2019, I founded Lean-Agile Digital Services to address these challenges. The Lean-Agile Practitioner Toolkit and Lean-Scrum framework were born from this mission. Through my product leadership roles in the Public Sector, I refined these tools to optimize their impact.
